Firstly, thank you for taking the time to look through my website. Secondly i'd like to give you more of an insight about myself and my experience as a Therapist and Counsellor.

I have worked as a Therapist for the past six years and have worked with mental health conditions ranging from Depression, Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, through to Phobias, Smoking Cessation and Addictive Behaviours. I work with both adults and children.

My experience has been gained through Clinical and Private Practise and i have worked with the Mental Health Charity Mind as a one to one Counsellor/Therapist as well as running a therapy group. I currently work with the Homeless Charity Crisis UK as a Counsellor/Therapist providing one to one as well as group therapy sessions.

I also run a successful Private Counselling Practise in The City of London and in East London and am affiliated with the Work Place Options Employee Assitance Programme and can also take on work through Private Health Care Schemes

I am a Fully Trained Counsellor/Therapist and Insured member of the BACP and offer therapy as a Person Centred Counsellor,CBT Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner (NLP). I have been fortunate to have been trained by two of the Masters in the field of NLP and Hypnosis, DR Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna and as a result have learnt directly from their expertise.

By bringing together the skills in the disciplines in which I have trained i am able to be flexible in my approach to working with Clients, making it possible for me to offer a service that is always tailored to you, the individual.
